If you’re seeing an “unprocessed error” while verifying an ID in Persona, it’s usually because you’re trying to verify a minor’s ID.
Only adults need to verify their ID
Patients under 18 years old do not complete identity verification through Persona.
A parent or legal guardian must verify their own identity instead.
If you are verifying your own (adult) ID and still receive this error, please contact SafeGard support for assistance.
