After you complete your SafeGard intake, your case goes through several review and payment stages. You can view your current status on your home dashboard, accessible here:

Understanding your dashboard status
Draft — Your form is incomplete. You’ll need to finish all required sections before submitting.
Ready for payment — You’ve completed your form but haven’t submitted payment. Once you pay, your case will be sent to a physician for review.
Paid — Your intake has been submitted and payment confirmed. Your information is now waiting for physician review.
Completed — The physician has reviewed your case and finalized your recommendations. Your report is ready to view, and your prescriptions have been sent to the pharmacy you selected.
Most travelers receive their recommendations within 2–3 business days of completing payment.

Check the status of your intake:
Ready for payment — Complete payment to move forward.
Paid — Your intake has been submitted and is awaiting physician review. No action is needed.
Completed — Your recommendations are ready to view and have been transmitted to your pharmacy.
Check your email (including Spam or Junk folders).
Look for an email from SafeGard containing your Travel Report.If it’s been more than 3 business days since you submitted your intake, contact SafeGard support.
We’ll confirm your review status and ensure your report is delivered.
